Drinking well now but this one still has time. Thinking that in 5-8 years it will be at prime for me. Still very much providing primary fruits of dark cherry and plum. This is nicely structured with soft tannins and layers of complexity. Last bottle for me!

Color: deep garnet Nose: plum, mushroom, wet stones Taste: black cherry vanilla smoke This has an excellent mouthfeel with black cherry, plum, vanilla, anise and a touch of smoke. The long tannins go on and on. This is a young wine still and has a ways to go.

Drinking exceptionally well right now. Paired with Pizza from our wood fired oven. Subtle, not overly forward, but beautiful fruit. I would say this has another five years.
