Some elegant reduction still on the nose. Herbs and shy white peach. Some oak notes but elegant. Lovely soft texture on the palate, fresh acidity, savory Chardonnay fruit. Classic burgundian character, balanced. Not the intensity or depth of a top vineyard but this would make quite some village or even 1er meursault from lesser producer blush. Very good, yet not as good as the Herbeux from the same vintage. 17/20

Very classic Burgundy, expressive and elegant nose, citric hints, fresh brioche, white flowers, some matchstick. Beautiful acidity on the palate, nice length and quite elegant.

Has a nice match note on the nose. Pure fruit with good body to it. Great Bourgogne.

Really good from the start. Medium to full bodied. Ripe lemon, vanilla, white flower and mineral. Drink now or five years.

A higher end appellation wine with excellent purity of ripe citrus-inflected fruit and a kiss of matchstick. Medium weight plenty of brightness to carry the ripeness of fruit. Seems to have some upside to flesh out. Worth seeking.

Lemon confit with distinctive acidity runs throughout. The vanilla and mocha added by the oak is nice. Maybe it was because it was paired with wings, but the lemon-y minerality on this was very refreshing and enjoyable.

Well, I'm sad I only bought 1 btl, but this was an expensive BB. On the nose: wet stone minerality, lemon and vanilla. Iniitially, I felt like the oak might have been overdone, but likely just the vintage. The nose is just sublime with air. On the palate: fantastic acidity and density. Lovely mouthfeel with more lemon drenched crushed stone, and a superb tangy finish. Stunning, if a bit rich for my tastes.
