From Art's cellar. Some sediment but wine was clear. Crimson in bowl, progressing to amber and then brick-orange on rim. Nose of dark fruit, cedar and Epsom salts. In the mouth, deep red currant, some oak, and the Graves-minerality. Very rustic and old-school Graves. Tannins were softened and wine was well balanced. Just a hint of bitterness at the close of a medium finish. QPR was outstanding as the price tag read "$5.88" when purchased in 1988.

A somewhat obscure wine judging by the paucity of TNs. Medium body, good balance of fruit and tannins, on the lighter side and somewhat abbreviated on the finish.
