Comprising 100% Chardonnay that was sourced from Southern Mâconnais and Northern Beaujolais, this wine was fermented in stainless steel and subsequently aged for six months in neutral French oak barriques. Limpid and straw-colored, it serves up aromas and flavors of green apples, tangerines, Bosc pears, lemongrass and wet stones.
