Domaine Wardy Sauvignon Blanc

I remember having this wine in september 2008 when I found it to be a very atypical SB with uncommonly low acidity. So I decided to try it again to see if it's undrinkable already. And it was - which was clearly indicated by the deep golden yellow colour (and this is dry SB). Some oxidized apples and paper on the nose.
