Excellent- Just good old fashioned N. Rhone Syrah, leaning to the savory side but with enough fruit to make it friendly, even if it has rustic roots. A bit of earthy funk and game meat, black fruits. Very nice. That said, the same as my 2021 TN "some musty notes started to present" after a couple of hours. Distracting, but not decisive. My guess is the barest bit of Brett in the cellar? No notes, but I really liked this on PnP. True N. Rhone goodness, a touch rustic, nice fruit. Over a couple of hours some musty notes started to present, which was strange. It didn't kill the wine by any means, but it was at times a distraction. 12.5% abv

It pleases me greatly to see such kind notes and positive reactions to this wine. Agree on all points. Whar intrigues me the most is the wild, gamey and funky nature of this bottle. Well on its way to being a "natural" wine I think ... and yet loved by everyone who has commented here. The comment from NYCCABLOVER resonates the most for me, that after a couple days the wine had not deteriorated, that's high praise !!!

This is a really nice wine that might have a number of years to develop beyond the current CT 2022 drink by date. This has a pronounced wild side with aging and drying meats, decaying forest floor (these are good things) along with brambly fruit, a touch of green olive, dark fruits... Nice QPR here in the mid-$20s (USD). Glad to have a few more in the cellar, but see that there is still good availability at retail.

Opened this on Thursday and finished off on Sun/Monday - no noticeable decline. A juicy robust young syrah with lots of savory notes on the finish. Still quite primary and I expect that another 3-5 years of cellar time will be helpful. Very tasty and good qpr.

P&p; seems to be drinking well right away. Juicy, friendly, darkish fruit, with good underlying stony, savory, gamey depth for its level, and a wonderfully prominent streak of salinity that makes the wine for me. Pleasantly grippy tannins; good acidity; well put together, with a real sense of balance between the components. Lingering salty stone. Highly tasty/moreish, characterful, good stuff.

After trying the '14 vintage last weekend, we decided to pop open the '15 for a weeknight dinner pairing (consumed over 2 nights). Similar to the '14 this is also very gamey/meaty/black olive forward, but given the riper vintage the fruit is a bit more dominant here. Animalistic nose, palate is quite savory but with lots of dark fruit wrapped around. Fun to drink and a great QPR.

Très beau jus. Floral. Fruité élégant, frais, délicat, immédiatement charmeur sans être racoleur. La bouche suit, tout en équilibre, d’allonge moyenne+, léger support végétal, tanins fins, légère astringence, on en redemande! 90-91 Jusqu’en 2022?
