Pheasant Ridge Chenin Blanc Dry Chenin Blanc

What a pleasant surprise was this dry chenin blanc! Remakable balance and velvety smooth mouthfeel. Complexity and depth of flavor. Fruit of pear, apple, and papaya, with a hint of smoke and mineral as well. This wine is an incredible bargain! Not so easy to find outside the High Plains area, but it is well worth asking for. We will restock for sure on our next trip west.
