Pinot Noir at Toulouse (Toulouse Restaurant, Atlanta) : Dark garnet. Raspberry and cinnamon nose. Huge fruit and huge alcohol with cherry pits. Pinot that's trying to be zinfandel. There were some who really liked this one, but I only thought it better than the corked bottle.

No fizziness and the wine has settled in nicely. Good solid pinot without excess ripeness or syrah like characteristics. Went well with grilled salmon

This is a great Pinot. It has flavors of blueberry and smoke and hints of herby mint. It has those Pinot Noir-unique characteristics I can never place but always recognize. Will definitely buy again. BF.
