Piollot Champagne Rosé Extra Brut

Open it 20-30 minute before drinking. Color is deep rose. Fine bubbles. Taste of bright red currant and cranberry evolves into wild strawberries, approching blueberry at the very end of a long finish. Some fungus and forest floor at the back of the throat and up into the nose. Bone dry as the label implies. I would wait a couple years before trying this again, this will get better.
