Hiatus Les Boeufs

Kansas Red Wine. Pottawatomie County. Unfiltered . 12%etoh. Darker than rose but Quite light in color. Nose of cranberry. Mouth tart but quite correct, and even pleasant light red fruits. Reminds me of a simple Tuscan Sangiovese. Haven’t any idea what it’s made of, but esp with food this passes the muster.
