Bodega Pierce Malvasia Bianca Rolling View Vineyard

A serious Malvasia Bianca from Arizona. Aromas of Honeysuckle, start fruit, white peaches with mineral notes. On the palate it is medium bodied, crispy mouthfeel, flavors of white peach and honey, balanced acidity and dry. Long finish with hints of salinity. This is a great wine to pair with creamy cheese and stir fry vegetables. I have some bias on this one, since I worked bottling this wine in the Cellar.
