Taturry Chardonnay Banjo

Minimal obvious new oak, chalky minerality is the dominant feature on the nose and palate. Golden delicious apples, pears, some lees notes. Drinks like Burgundy, with good tension between acidity, mineral and fruit. Only 12.2% ABV this year, a bit more elegant with less weight and less oak influence.
