Wow, what a beautiful color. This is by far the lightest color I've ever seen from a Pinot Noir, not kiddin! Spoke to Philipp Bossert about this - and he explained that this was a direct result of the way he wanted the wine to present itself in terms of nose and taste - which according to him was more important than color.
