Château Rabaud-Promis Cuvée Raymond-Louis

In one word: yum! Intoxicating aromas and flavors of honey, dried apricot, sultana, quince and sweet spices. I am not usually a huge fan of sweet wines but this one is beautifully balanced with regards to sucrosity and acidity.
