Mt. Boucherie Sémillon Original Vines

First vintage tasted of this , since the 2017, a few years back.... On nose: green peach skin , lemon curd and chalk dust. On palate: all above flavour notes enhanced, with light oak gall, hay, and a more tart expression of lemon peel, bolstered by moderate acidity....still young, and can benefit from bottle age, which will expand the flavour profile....went well with salmon and shrimp pie and potato salad, this evening.....from vines planted in 1990.
