Yeasty nose, orange peel, citrus, Smooth and creamy, dry, nicely balanced acidity. Quite a conventional sparkling wine compared with the saignee from this producer. Very good.

Pale lemon, on nose red apple, pear, lemon, bread & pastry. Medium body, strong acidity. To taste apple, pear, lemon & bread. Touch pithy. Medium length. Nice flavours and well balanced, but lacking a bit of depth. Good. Drink now.
