Pale yellow colour, smells of yeast and gooseberry, light body, has a little bit of residual sugar, so more off-dry, has a little bit of acidty, in the mouth gooseberry and mandarine, in the aftertaste there is an intensive gooseberry, good length (15 sec), not really a good Blanc de Noir. Would not buy again.
