Tasted at the Clarkston Cafe at the 2007 Flying Rhinos annual wine tasting benefit. The only Sauvignon Blanc present. I like New Zealand SB, especially from Marlborough. Crisp and refreshing. Very good.

A typical NZ SB. Not as tart and acidic as some others. Nice flavors of lychee, grapefruit, tropical fruits. Had with Sichuan ...nice complement.
