BYO Stock nye og gamle verden WORK IN PROGRESS : Lys, moden rød med svakt brunlig kant. Noen never Fernet Branca!

Served by the glass into Spiegelau Definition Universal glass (“Leaf” day): Pale garnet to the eyes. Orchids and petite florals that is quite unique, clear VA, sour cherries. VA on the palate. On the lean side on the body - would love higher fruit concentration. Unicorn and distinctive wine here indeed. 94 points (mostly for the nose).

PNP into decanter for avoiding very fine deposits and then served into Zalto Bordeaux glass (“Root” day): Medium bright ruby to the eyes. On nose this is full of airy and pure red berry fruits and subtle florals, quite ethereal. If this is served blind to me, this would be like a top flight New Zealand (cool climate new world?) pinot noir to me with a little more roundness and plush fruits. Good minerality and almost seems like slightly salted …
