Clos de Gamot Cahors

Slightly bigger and a touch less balanced than the 2015, with a slightly denser core. As is often the case with Malbec, the heart of this wine is dark plums, but it's so much more than that, with other dark fruits and a touch of mint. Bags of structure and decent acidity means a wine that will sit in your cellar comfortably for a good while. As always from the Jouffreau family, an absolute knockout wine at a bargain price.

Sec, moyennement tannique, acidité moyenne aussi. Plutôt corsé, terreux, sucre 1,9g/L
