This is a new degorgement date (8/11/11) and they solved some problebs they had with the corking. Brilliant golden yellow, with greenish reflex. Nice fast sof foam. Medium perlage, persistent. Less oxidation at nose than the previous bottle: mainly bread crust and hay. Some hints of agrumes. With less oxide, wood taste becoming minimal. Good acidity and minerality. Well balanced Just missing a bit of body. Nice!

Abundant soft foam, evanescent. Fine, persistent Perlage. Ligtht straw yellow - Brilliant Medium intense at nose, medium complex and fine: sweet wood, cedar and candy orange zest. Intense, persistent and fine at taste. Dry, medium alcoholic (12,5%) and medium rounded. Nice acidity and minerality. Body: 6 Good balance, but wood too present. Chardonnay + Verdello + Procanico. Nice, but a bit too wood and poor in tissue
