Juicy and dark fruit. Meaty qualityn the palate. Bright fruit comes out with air. Soft finish. Still drinking well.

There was nothing "Super Tuscan" about this wine like the shelf talkers had said. This was billed as a CA take on a Bordeaux Blend with an Italian twist. Terribly deceptive marketing. This wine had a decent nose of currant, oak, and some herbs, but it had a very light mouthfeel and the wine just tasted weak with a "Super Short" finish. Super overipe. Which is weird, since I was told a lot of the cooler climate cab went into this wine. Bordering on pruney, and it seemd pretty simple. I'm not getting why this is the flagship wine, or what they are going for... low 80's.
