very enjoyable and a great pairing to mixed desserts… yellow colour with good effervescence and fine mousse in the glass. it took a few minutes to uncoil and give subtle aromas of brioche and caramel amid the sliced apples. on the palate it's very smooth; dry but fresh, with a zesty juiciness and hints of minerality. was, alternatively, a great complement and foil to a variety of desserts, which highlighted the wine's long citrusy (lime, tart oranges) finish.
