Joseph Jewell Pinot Gris Skin Fermented Ryan Vineyard

This looks to be an easy-drinking rose, but it’s extremely dry with a significant amount of tannins. It’s very well made and quite unique, but needs to be paired with the right food and I haven’t quite figured out what that should be. Could score much higher if paired well.

Not necessarily a white wine. More along lines of a rich, full bodied Rose’. Drink with food. Not a cocktail wine. Enjoyable at cool room temps.
