Excellent Cerdon, sweetnes beautifully balanced by acidity. All red fruits. Fine mousse. Pairs brilliantly with soft-cheese stuffed sweet peppers

A pleasant wine. Nose of fresh strawberries and strawberry jam, and a chalky mineral edge. Moderate residual sugar, certainly made to be somewhat sweet, but with very solid acidity and pleasant bubbles. An apertif wine for those who like it sweet. I found myself wondering how good this could be if it were made in a dry style? There is plenty of structure and fruit, could do without the sweetness.

Memorial Day 2013 events : Some in the group really liked it, but it was far too sweet for my tastes, lacking sufficient effervescence to offset its confected nature. The aromatics were solid, evoking freshly cut strawberries. The flavor profile brought forth strawberry preserves, ripe strawberries and raspberry.

Just a real pleasure to drink. I drank as a pre-dinner appertif. This also pairs nicely as a dessert wine, and can go with certain seafood. Great food andf flavor. I do not think it is too sweet. Easy to drink.

A very nice sparkling Rose. Raspberry on the nose and attack. Great fruit. Crowd pleaser is a good description. Only slightly sweet. I think the wine is versatile. Could drink with different seafood, dessert or before dinner.

Notes of crisp raspberry upfront, followed by strawberry and faint hints of cantaloupe. A nice strain of palate-cleansing acidity throughout. Good frizz and froth. Near perfect balance of sour and sweet. This is by no means a deep and profound wine, but man, oh so fun to drink and great with food. Bright vibrant zesty fruit, higher acidity than I recalled on previous takes, worked fantastically as a cleasner alongside grilled fruits and performed admirably well after a number of denser reds, frothy, playful dark cherry, drippingly delicious fruit, lipsmacking wine.
