A strong cherry red in colour. Cherries on the nose predominantly (not surprising given it 97% pinor noir with 3% cabernet franc). In the mouth, a dry style rose, with fresh cherries (sweetness) balanced by lively acidity, although there is a touch of heat from the 13.5% alcohol.
