Clear dark lemon core - developed. Clean medium intense nose of light oak, lemon curd, citrus and apple notes along with a really pleasant herbal edge (slight grassiness). Dry with complexity showing from the maturing with medium intense flavours of citrus, herbs and oak. Medium body, medium to medium+ alcohol (Kettle Valley wines are usually very high in alcohol) and medium + acid. The medium length finish carried the citrus and herbal notes. (Brought back to Calif from trip to Canada, recommended) Excellent weight and very smooth. Nose was apples and butterscotch. The taste was not crisp as I expected, but a full mouth experience - again apples, a bit of grassy, and honey. I always like this white Burgundy blend, and this wine was an excellent example. Stood up to teriyaki chicken and broccoli just fine. Can't get it where I live - that's a shame.

Drank in Vancouver at the waterfront with a wood fired salmon dinner. A tart, almost bitter wine on opening tasting of green apples, grapefruit and sundry other mouth-puckering victuals. However, by a stroke of sheer good luck, the Salmon was sweetened on a bed of candied yams and once this wine met it's culinary opposite, a wonderful chemistry happened. Should be fine with asian cuisine as well. If you must drink it alone, I'd give it some time to grow …
