While no one is looking for profundity in a bottle of Lambrusco, its return from the land of the bland and banal is entirely welcome. The new generation can be intensely berry-scented, light, refreshing, and palate-scrapingly dry on the finish, just so you're perfectly ready for another bite of homemade lasagna-come to think of it, kind of like this one.
