Decanted for about 2 hours. Deep purple hue. Quite young still and could use a few more years in the bottle. Nose of raisin, black olive, and dark plum. Full bodied, high acid at this stage, grippy tannins. Nice finish and paired nicely with top sirloin. We love JB Neufeld cabs and can’t wait to try this one again in a few years.

Nose is classic cassis, cocoa dust, cherry, leather. Palate is medium light weight, precision, flavor profile is lush cherry, yet weightless, how’d they do that. Graphite, dark chocolate, Red Mountain dirt. Tannins are subtle but add structure. Fabulous showing for a Cab this young. Justin apparently has this dialed in!
