Rosé All Day And Not Yet May : Day 2. Enjoyed the rest of the bottle outside as a prelude to dinner and two other rosés. Consistent with yesterday's notes: fruity and energetic with appropriate tartness. Crisp and refreshing. Solid QPR for a rosé sparkler.

First experience with this wine. Pretty salmon color. Peach, tart strawberry, sliced Granny Smith apple, apricot, guava?, a little toast on the nose. Fine perlage. Slight touch of creaminess. Crisp, fresh, and energetic. Medium finish. Well suited as an aperitif with cheese and crackers outside on a beautiful and sunny Spring day.

Purchased 8 months ago, this has rounded out nicely since then. Toasty, Champagne-ish except for a bit too much fruit.

Napa Trip; 3/7/2026-3/14/2026 (Napa, CA) : Light salmon color. Drank a glass dinner over an hour. I'm kinda shocked to see how it's been since I had one of these. The problem of too much wine I guess. Anyway, I've always enjoyed these, they are always well balanced and put everything in the right place for a roae of finesse. This has strawberry and lighter cream, citrus on the back end and little cream. 90 to 90+pts.

I think what makes me like this as much as I do is it has a sincere modicum of acidity to give it some gravitas. Without it, the simplicity and lack of bouquet intensity would push me out of rebuy consideration. But, I will continue to purchase a few of these every year because it’s still pretty good. In wine geek vernacular, “very serviceable”.

Medium lemon-yellow Nose is pronounced with lots of pear, apple, brioche, hazelnuts, and almonds Palate is dry and ripe with pear and apple running the show. Foamy mousse

This was a pleasant brut. I think its a great value at $25 from Costco and I'd definitely buy again.

56% Pinot Noir / 46% Chardonnay. Little to no malolactic fermentation. Deep pink-orange color. Red fruit and citrusy aromas of strawberry, red apple peel, cranberry, white blossom, Meyer lemon, kumquat, chalk, and freshly baked croissant. Dry with high acidity and medium+ body and finish. A consistently great sparkling rose at $30-$35.

Medium straw color, fine bubbles. Aromas of Pear, white flowers, citrus, apple, yeast, toasted brioche. Palate was crisp, clean, with rich pink grapefruit apple notes, nutty depth, fresh acidity, and a fine, persistent mousse. very fruit driven. Nice sparkling wine.

PnP. Medium to small bubbles. Lemon, pear , ginger , hazelnut and a touch of toasted brioche. Good acidity in the finish. Always consistent and a pleaser.

Another stellar bottle. Wil be doing a blind tasting of this vs. Veuve on Christmas Day. Fresh and vibrant with apple, spice, floral, dough, lemon and floral notes. Always delivers. This keeps moving up in quality while Mumm Brut from California has taken a drastic turn for the worst. $18.94 with the Morell's Price Match (tax included).

IMO opinion & for my palate remains the single BEST VALUE in Rose' Champagne... bar none. Great producer who also makes the other worldly .... Cristal. Producer matters! 2024 disgorgement cant recall the month. This is the best sparkling wine CONSISTENTLY, for under $25. I still feel the awe of being there almost 20 years ago in the Anderson Valley. Such beauty. Across the board. Serious for a while now. Score is conservative, complex vin clair✌🏼

Well had a bottle open 5 days and it testament to this House that the wine was still viable. Apple, lemon, dough, minerals and chalk. Medium finish. Bubbles not so much but still tasty.

Day 3 Review and this is still alive and kicking. One if not the best Sparklers on the planet that I can buy in the MN market for $19.99. Dough, minerals, pear, chalk, spice, floral and orange peel. Super complex and tasty. Excellent.

Peachy salmon color, a fine steady bubble bead, but the mousse is rather lazy overall. Medium to profound bouquet of orange creamsicle with camellia florals and a little fresh petrichor. A strawberry sweetness comes in and lasts through the fairly long finish. It lacks some acidic vibrancy but for the approximately $30 I paid, not a bad pull in a pinch. 4+11+16+7= 88

Orangish-salmon in color with fine, steady bubbles. Strawberry, tangerine, orange peel, and a touch of brioche. High acidity - higher than I would like. Medium body. Quite good but the lack of complexity and it being a little off balance (at least to my taste) holds me back from a higher score.

Great as always w/ sushi! Paid $32 locally as part of a mixed case buy. I probably prefer this to at least 1/2 the French champagne rose's I've had. Then again, why shouldn't it impress? It's made by the same (French) owned producer who makes Cristal in France. Produced since 1984 about 20 miles from the chilly norther CA coast & 100 miles north of San Francisco.

No formal tasting notes tasting. Took to dinner with friends at Saison. Paired very nicely across most of the courses

A bit of red apple on the nose and taste. Very nice balance; crisp; refreshing. Very pleasant, although there doesn't seem to be a lot going on beyond the basics. This may be my first time with the rose and it seems a touch heavier than the non-rose, which I had immediately following this one. All in all though, not much difference between the two.

A perennial favorite sparking rose. Even better from magnum
