Tiberio, pecorino, Abruzzo

The nose was rich yet lifted by crushed stone minerality and lemon zest as notes of dried apricot and dusty florals came forward. On the palate, I found soft textures with ripe apple and a wave of minerals that washed across the senses with a slight herbal twang. It finished with medium length, showing green apple, minerals and hints of brown spice.

Nicely balanced, good acid, citrus flavors. Great with seafood and sauces (even tomato).
