This is Crater Lake Cellars Premier Merlot, made from the darkest and best fruit in the vintage if its made for that year. Not your typical Merlot, it is dark and inky with a nose approaching that of a dessert wine. Deep dark fruit nose, mint, and vanilla it lingers in your nostrils very memorable and perhaps a defining feature of this vintage.
