Domaine Thierry Tissot Mondeuse Bugey Mataret

Didn't enjoy this at all. Bland, boring, fruit wasn't interesting. Not worth getting again.

Popped and poured. Absolutely beautiful aroma, best described as cinnamon cassis. Deep, rich sour cherry flavor with a pronounced acid tang that dominates the finish. Integrated and harmonious blend of flavors, balanced, some complexity.

Beautiful brown sugar nose; Bright; Slightly natural profile; Nice

Rustic earthy light to med bodied. Chill a tad before serving in warmer weather. I like the distinctive warts and all profile, definitely not a smoothed out tutti fruiti new world wine!
