Acidity felt on the tongue, citrus, semi dry.

This was NOT the reserve, only the "regular" but I had difficulty finding it on CT. Hope this posts correctly. Still, it was a nice wine, all mineral and limes. Developing golden tones now. Nose dominated by petrol and mineral; can coax out some lemon and lime and hints of underripe stone fruit, seawater. Palate intensely mineral in texture, sea notes; glycerin text, hints of petrol here too, along with more slightly underripe white peach and some lime juice. Acid is incisive and strong, and this could likely age for some time. This is singularly montane in nature. Finish, particularly on minerality, goes on for over a minute. This is …

A delight. I'm most likely drinking too early but delightful nonetheless. Complex, petrol-based, semi-sweet, generous with its finish, focused. Good-plus acid. A great match for a pork chop, warmed a bit, aired for 30 ticks or so. Exceptional, and I bet a few years will add some girth and interest.
