En su meritorio proceso de recuperación varietal este brisado (orange) de tardana, de color anaranjado pálido y nariz expresiva, destaca por su perfil maduro, con notas de frutas escarchadas, sus suaves recuerdos a miel ligera, las notas a confitura de ciruela amarilla y sus notas de flor blanca. En boca tiene buen ataque, bastante luido, sutil tanicidad, levemente salino, notable frescura, buenos amargos y bastante persistencia. Muy rico.
