Proper Loureiro-driven VV is so different from the spritzy cheap-n-cheerfuls most think of when they hear the words Vinho Verde. This is exactly what you want -- creamy, rich, lime-driven, serious. (My wife thought it was French chardonnay, which actually makes a ton of sense.) This has plenty of acid and life in it left. Extremely food-friendly.

An excellent example of "classic" Vino Verde. Aromas of white flowers, mineral, peach, lemon and cream. Light to medium bodied with medium acid, lots of mineral, a slight spritz, flavors of lemon, sugar cane and grape, a refreshing bitter note and a medium finish. Very good. Very refreshing. Very drinkable. Not complicated. Not great with clam chowder (the creaminess overwhelmed the wine) but I imagine it would pair well with with grilled seafood, especially river fish (ayu, trout, eel, etc).

A lovely drinkable wine with orchard fruits, cream and a touch of biscuity dryness. All in all a fruit crumble of a wine. Good value for money.

Pleasant, initially a touch hot on the end of tThe taste but developed in glass. Lovely with spicy king prawns.
