From magnum on Thanksgiving. Drinking wonderfully - great QPR. Was a crowd pleaser and glad I held onto.

Still going strong, with vibrant acidity and juicy cherry fruit. More boozy than I remember, and the 14.5% ABV bears that out. Still, this is a fine and tasty Pinot that punches above its price level and its generic Oregon appellation.

Nose: Rhubarb, cherry, green veggies, palate: rhubarb, cherry, greenery, leather, smoke. Thin, a bit to veggie for me, good acidity, long finish.

Some sweetness on the front and middle, but great acidity helps with balance. Very smooth and easy to drink. Has some solid earthy notes to accompany the tasty cherry.

Decent Oregon PN but not a lot of PN character; no hint of funk on the nose! Clearly young but very fruit forward; makes me wonder if it will age well or not.
