Young guns of Burgundy : Tasted double blind. Clear deep garnet color. Beautiful fine, elegant and complex nose. Same elegance on the palate! Fine, beautiful fruit, dried herbs and a lovely saltiness mixed with fine tobacco. Beautiful energy and texture, still very fresh and juicy. Very long. One of my favorite wines this evening. 94-95

Very pure, true natural wine. Fascinating and obsessed winemaker--and expensive wines. While nice and showing classic natural wine profile without being dirty or unclean, it did not speak to me of Burgundy and drank along the lines of other good natural pinots I've had for half the price. Took on darker tones in color and heavier palate with air. Hard to say confidently drink this.
