Italian Wine Scholar Class @ The Texas Wine School. Med garnet. 100% Sangiovese. Med intensity red cherry, raspberry, cranberry, tart black cherry, black plum, leather, vanilla and just a hint of spice from 6 mos. in large Slavonian oak casks. Developing. Dry, w/ nice fruit, med+ acidity, med to med+ tannins & high alcohol (14%). Med+ bodied, w/ med+ flavor intensity & med length. Drink 2024 through 2028. Basically a "Brunello Lite."
