Popped and poured. Spring like aroma of grass and flowers. Bready flavors of white fruit. Hay flavors in the mineral finish. Bone dry, even by Cava standards, attractive and interesting mix of flavors, great staying power. Slight premium on the price vs. the competition, but worth it.
