The wine looks light gold colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like apple, apricot, honey and oak (light). It tastes like honey, lemon (light), apple, apricot and oak (light). The body is medium. The wine has polished texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has high acidity. Well-balanced, "Sunshine in a Glass" Cali Chardonnay. Could cellar for a few more years... Wish we had more...
