Made from classic Bordeaux grapes - Cabernet Franc & Malbec - but not in a classic style. This is ancestral method sparkling aka pet nat. Moderate pink in the glass. Fruit-driven nose, but not fruity. Palate is disappointingly thin with not much freshness or depth. Moderate finish. Quite overpriced for the quality it offers.
