Decent for the price. Light to medium bodied. Raspberries with a dry finish.

Nice fruit up front but lacks mid palate and has a short drying finish.

Thin and acidic. Not much else going on here. I won't buy it again.

Definitely a thin wine. Not much complexity. I will probably pass on this one in the future.

soft with a palate of somewhat muted leather/cedar plank, and slightly tart mulberry. A Merlot dominated Bordeaux, at ten bucks a decent every day table Bordeaux. with a bit of time in the glass a little Casis is starting to show.

Good but very young Bordeaux that requires several hours to breathe and open up. Patience is rewarded with a very drinkable and well-rounded wine.

Old world style but without much tannin or complexity. Better after some decant time. Tonight I paired it with cheese and crackers. Nothing special but rather enjoyable for such a low priced wine.

Rather thin for a Bordeaux, but doesn't need much air time before pouring. Easy drinking. Nothing stands out, but the balance is pretty good. Well worth the $5.99 sale price.

Spot on Bordeaux Supererieur. Before I even read the label I knew this was majority Merlot. Also did not realize this was from the Saint Emilion side of the tracks. The color is a relatively clear reddish purple that allows you to see your two fingers. The nose is raspberry meets cotton candy. Solid hit of red fruit across the palate. A bit of a chalky texture. Not complex, but very clean. Balanced. Just wants you to take another sip.

Nice thick, smoky red with some fruit later in the taste, we both like this wine and it got better as it warmed and opened.
