Pale yellow and lite in the glass. Muted nose of citrus, apple, perfume and slate. Lite body, pure and bone dry with delicate citrus, zest and flowers on the palate. Striking tartness with a complete absence of sweetness. Med-short finish. Love the hand and purity here.
