Floral nose, then balsamic, leather and black fruits. Surprisingly supple and fluid mouth for a riserva. Beautiful floral aromas mingle with black fruits carried by a beautiful acidity. The juice is well textured, then we move on to tertiary aromas such as leather and pine bark. The transition is very harmonious, ending with an intense finish where balsamic dominates. Very good Barolo, which just lacks a little depth to take it to the next level. .
