Rabl Grüner Veltliner Vinum Optimum Auslese

I wish I had been served this wine blind. Since it seemed so similar to Mosel Ausleses ... it would have been interesting to see, whether it was possible to tell the difference. Anyway, a great balance between acidity and sweetness, great ripe flavours of pineapple, honey and apples complemented by medium (+) body and honeyed aftertaste. Medium length. Could be more complex for this price and reputation, however, still, a great find. Cheers!
