Very fine bubbles. Some fresh-baked bread aromas, very ripe Golden Deliciouis apple flavors, a little sweetness. A very long finish that leaves an impression of a wood apple bin. It is not assertive, and enjoyable as an apéritif and also with creamy cheese and dried fruit.
