Gooseberry and very tart, stacked. Darn that has structure. Shows the fact that its made by a Champagne family.

Light straw yellow colour. Gooseberries and black currant leaves on the nose. Taste of gooseberries and green apples with hints of lemons and limestone. Great Sancerre that goes well with sushi.
