Rovere della Luna-Kellerei Aichholz Trento Vervé Brut Millesimato

88-89 Millesimato 2016 disg. winter 2020 At first slightly sweetish yeasty notes, sweet physalis, gooseberry... On the palate quite fine bubbles and a very mild gooseberry flavour with some wood. I usually dont like gooseberry in champagne but here in this trentodoc it works well. Not super complex but drinks rather nicely. At times slightly thick (not super elegant). But overall nice quality drink. Very mild acidity but nonetheless curious how it would age.
