Poured at the tasting room. Deep dark magenta color. Raspberry cheesecake and spicy red plum are the dominant notes. Smooth, dry, tart palate, with fine acidity. Lower intensity tannins on the medium long+ finish. I’m not sure about aeration, as the bottle was opened the day prior. This may have diminished the wine a bit. Aged 22 months in 70% new French oak. Fruit is from 4Hearts Vineyard. 45% Zinfandel, 40% Tempranillo, 15% PS
